Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible weekday availability and potential weekend hours, with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to obtain RBT certification are included. No prior ABA experience is required, making CAS a welcoming entry point into clinical care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
