Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking Part-Time Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible weekday hours and a sign-on bonus.

Paid onboarding and ongoing supervision are provided, with opportunities for RBT certification and professional growth. Travel within a defined local region is required, with no weekends needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel consistently within your assigned service region.
• No prior ABA experience required; we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home and community settings.
• Use play-based and individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
