Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible weekday hours with growth into a full-time position as cases expand.

Training is provided and no prior ABA experience is required. The job emphasizes play-based, child-centered therapy, data collection, and collaboration with families and school staff to support skill

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and High School diploma or GED required.
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.
• 1:1 ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
