Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will build skills and progress toward a full-time role with flexible hours and ongoing clinical support.

The role offers paid onboarding, hands-on training, and clear growth paths to full-time BT and related roles as cases become available.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your assigned service region.
• No prior ABA experience required — we train you.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans across home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based, individualized strategies to engage children.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
