Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Part-Time Home & Community Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. This role offers paid onboarding, training, and a clear pathway to full-time opportunities as cases grow.

You will work with families and educators to build meaningful skills, with paid RBT certification, supervision, and ongoing coaching. No prior ABA experience is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Active engagement with children in therapy-based activities.
• Ability to follow structured therapy plans and supervision.
• Comfort in fast-paced settings and travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings.
• Use play-based strategies to engage children and support skills.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clinical skills and consistency.
• Support skill generalization across environments.
