Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision. This full-time role offers weekday schedules in New Bedford, MA, with opportunities to grow across multiple environments.

You’ll receive paid onboarding, hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and clear pathways into Lead BT, ABA Instructor, ACS, and BCBA roles.

Qualificações

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to travel within assigned service region
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• No prior ABA experience required; training provided

Responsabilidades

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans in home, school, and community settings
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Engage children through play-based strategies
• Collaborate with families and school staff
• Maintain safe, professional therapy sessions
