Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children and individuals with autism and related disabilities. You will support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision in various settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children in a professional, educational, caregiving, or similar capacity.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for at least 15 hours per week, primarily during afternoons and evenings.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to complete background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using ABA strategies.
• Collect session data and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
