Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in California is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (ABA). You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals with autism and related disabilities, under BCBA supervision.

Training is provided, and there are clear pathways for advancement within the Milestone Moments program. Roles include home, school, and community-based sessions with afternoons and evenings available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Experience with children in professional, educational, caregiving, or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to complete pre-employment screening including background check and TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Help clients develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect session data, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide services in clients' homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other settings.
• Collaborate with supervisors, BCBAs, and caregivers; participate in ongoing training.
