Job summary

City of Boise's Parks and Recreation department is seeking a Customer Service Specialist III to support adult sports leagues by managing registrations, rosters, field reservations, payments and participant inquiries. You will also maintain recreation program webpages and assist with permits to keep programs running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are organized, able to learn new systems, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and four years of experience in an office setting assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage adult sports league registrations, rosters and inquiries.
• Process payments and issue invoices for leagues.
• Reserve softball fields and maintain field schedules.
• Update league rosters and maintain participant information.
• Maintain multiple recreation program webpages and update information.
• Process permits including beer and wine and bounce houses.
