Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, supervise and evaluate a variety of recreation programs for youth and adults.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Assist in program brochures, promotional materials, and class scheduling with instructors and managers.
• Lead and instruct programs; manage supplies and facility reservations.
• Ensure safety standards and provide office support including registrations and shelter reservations.
