Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in building maintenance, parks, landscaping or related field (1 year) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs landscaping duties: mows grass, plants, weed eats, edges, clears debris, and maintains grounds.
• Performs maintenance and construction tasks for facilities: resurfaces/renovates, paints, repairs fences, equipment and structures.
• Performs custodial duties across parks and facilities: cleaning, vacuuming, waxing floors, set-ups for events.
• Maintains equipment and inventory: transports supplies, initiates orders, keeps related documentation.
• Operates county vehicle and various power tools to complete assignments.
