Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance and repair on buildings, equipment, grounds, and related facilities.
• Conducts maintenance inspections to identify problems and safety issues; initiates corrective action.
• Performs plumbing tasks: installs/replaces fixtures, clears drains, repairs leaks, and soldering as needed.
• Performs electrical tasks: replaces outlets/switches, repairs components, and replaces breakers/ballasts.
• Performs carpentry, masonry, painting, and general construction tasks as required.
• Determines materials needed for projects, manages inventory, and procures supplies.
• Supports setup for meetings/events and handles related logistics and filing.
