Cobb County Government is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general upkeep on park buildings, equipment, and grounds at Jim R Miller Park in Marietta. Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repair on buildings, equipment, grounds, and facilities; semi-skilled work in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and custodial tasks.
Conduct maintenance inspections to identify problems and ensure compliance with laws, codes, and standards; initiate corrections as needed.
Assist with installation and repair of plumbing fixtures; troubleshoot plumbing leaks and blockages.
Handle electrical tasks such as installing receptacles/switches, replacing breakers, and changing light bulbs/ballasts.
Participate in setup for daily meetings and events; assist with purchasing and delivery of maintenance supplies.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
