Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of office experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory control or fleet/work order systems preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain fleet department areas.
• Create and monitor fleet work orders; manage fuel system and inventory.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment daily.
• Procure supplies for Parks staff.
• Track and document fleet repairs and service work.
• Report on fleet assets from purchase to disposal.
