Job summary

AbbVie in the United States is seeking a Parkinson’s Disease Account Executive to maximize opportunities for approved therapies. Based in the NY metro area, you will develop strategic relationships with specialists, clinics and healthcare teams, delivering on-label education and fostering patient access and outcomes.

You will lead account plans, collaborate with in-field and in-house teams, and drive sales while maintaining compliance with OEC/Legal guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• 3+ years of Health Science Field or Sales experience with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical sales; 8+ years in health science sales if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-label technical and scientific presentations and sales calls to highlight product benefits and risks and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships across accounts to generate opportunities for patients and HCPs.
• Serve as lead US Commercial contact with targeted accounts and execute strategic plans for territory.
• Monitor sales progress and report to stakeholders; attend neurology society meetings and patient programs as applicable.
• Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments related to Parkinson’s Disease.
