Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for Parking and Transportation customer service needs.
• Reviews citation appeals and provides guidance on appeal decisions.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners on events and charter needs.
• Manages special event requests for parking and charter shuttle service, with policy and pricing information.
• Creates, routes, and tracks invoices for charter services and parking codes.
• Reviews parking appeals and renders decisions based on university rules.
• Answers questions regarding permits, rules, violations, and balances.
• Liaises with KSU Events and uses event management software as needed.
• Advises leadership on process improvement.
