Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a Parking Enforcement Coordinator to ensure compliance with campus parking policies on the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. The role operates LPR-equipped vehicles, issues citations, conducts education on rules, and maintains facilities and reports.

Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 3 years of relevant parking or service experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current, valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Three (3) years relevant work experience in parking, events, transit, operations, or customer service.
• Familiarity with LPR software and local and University parking ordinances.

Responsibilities

• Operates a License Plate Recognition (LPR) software vehicle.
• Issues parking citations and applies boots as needed.
• Educates campus community on parking rules and regulations.
• Ensures all parking facilities are clean and well maintained.
• Troubleshoots issues with parking controls.
• Maintains required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and vehicle inspection forms.
• Performs facility maintenance and parking event operations.
• Maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior assigned LPR vehicle.
• Assists manager with training new employees and coaches the Student Assistant Parking Ambassadors.
