Job summary

Summit at Snoqualmie is seeking a Parking & Transportation Lead to oversee daily operations in the base area. You will direct staff, open/close lots and lanes, and ensure safe, smooth guest arrivals in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, communication across teams, and the ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining guest-first service standards. Occasional snow and weather-related tasks are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in parking, transportation, or guest service operations.
• Ability to lead a shift with moderate autonomy.
• Strong verbal communication with staff and supervisors.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Comfortable de-escalating guest concerns professionally.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point person for day-of operations in the base area, coordinating parking, enforcement, and shuttle staff.
• Open and close lots, lanes, and equipment according to procedures.
• Position staff as guest volume or weather changes require.
• Monitor parking policies and payment requirements, resolving issues before supervisory escalation.
• Troubleshoot equipment, signage, or technology issues and coordinate repairs.
• Complete shift logs, incident reports, and required documentation.
• Assist with snow removal, traffic redirection, or other field tasks as needed.
