Job summary

Boyne Resorts’ Summit at Snoqualmie is hiring a Parking Attendant to manage base-area parking, direct traffic, and assist guests with information and access needs. Start early, work outdoors in all weather, and contribute to a safe, welcoming resort environment.

Responsibilities include setting up signs and traffic control equipment, maintaining clean lots, and supporting peak-day operations while providing friendly directions and assistance to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in variable and extreme weather conditions.
• Must remain calm and professional in high‑pressure or emotionally charged situations involving guests or traffic control.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance as needed.
• Strong situational awareness, especially around vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and variable shifts is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles safely and efficiently into designated parking areas while maintaining clear traffic flow.
• Prepare parking areas each morning by removing trash, shoveling snow, and applying sand/salt as needed.
• Monitor guest safety and traffic movement throughout the day; respond to issues promptly.
• Support high-volume operations during peak days, including Ski & Ride School drop-off/pick-up assistance.
• Greet guests warmly; provide directions and wayfinding assistance.
