Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer in Honolulu, HI. You will monitor streets and lots to ensure compliance with parking policies and issue citations when needed. The role requires you to work evenings and weekends and to exercise independent judgment with strong customer service.

Pay is $20.00-$21.00 per hour, with benefits described by SP+. Responsibilities include assisting in maintenance tasks, handling money from meters, and supporting event parking

Qualifications

• Knowledge of geography of the area they are enforcing.
• Ability to use a handheld computer for tickets and data entry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire.
• Ability to interact professionally with the public.

Responsibilities

• Monitor streets, lots, garages, and campuses to enforce parking policies.
• Provide customer service and answer questions about directions and policies.
• Issue citations or warnings for non-compliance; impound or relocate vehicles as directed.
• Assist maintenance with parking equipment and facility upkeep.
• Perform data entry and assist with permit sales during peak seasons.
