Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is transforming parking through checkout-free experiences. The Customer Service Representative role supports the maintenance team and ensures clean common areas near entrances and exits. Pay rate is $15.92 per hour, with opportunities to assist customers and maintain a high level of service.

You will handle customer interactions, guide payments on automated systems, and help manage daily site operations, all while upholding SP+'s standards of professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automated parking access control hardware and software or high aptitude for technology.
• Availability to work special shifts; 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with address and acceptable driving record if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless parking experience and expeditious traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the assigned location.
• Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes; assist with directions and information.
