Job summary

DESIGNA in the Dallas area seeks a Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote technical support for PARCS systems, ensuring optimal performance for contract customers and supporting installations, maintenance, and upgrades. The role requires traveling within the assigned region, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

You will install, configure, test systems, provide customer training, and document service actions while adhering to safety policies

Qualifications

Experience in technical service, field service, or equipment maintenance.
Willingness to travel and perform onsite service work.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support to DESIGNA customers.
Install, configure, and test new PARCS systems and participate in handoff to customers.
Perform preventative maintenance and apply system upgrades as required.
Deliver basic training to customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Document all work and generate detailed service reports; coordinate with internal teams.
