Job summary

PAR Systems is seeking a Field Service Technician to service sophisticated systems across multiple industries. You will inspect, calibrate, and repair equipment, coordinate upgrades, and provide remote troubleshooting when not onsite, while maintaining safety procedures and clear customer communication.

You will travel to customer sites up to 70% and document work thoroughly, ensuring customers understand equipment status and recommended next steps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or technical training in automation/electrical tech preferred.
• 2-5 years field service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, calibrate, service and repair custom automated systems.
• Plan and coordinate inspections, calibrations, repairs, and upgrades.
• Communicate with customers and PAR team; document work and next steps.
