Job summary

LAZ Parking Georgia, LLC is seeking an Assistant Hospitality Manager in Atlanta to support the Hospitality Manager with hotel operations, safety and service excellence. You will oversee shift leads and frontline staff, drive revenue and control costs while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role requires a hospitality background, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license. This is a full-time, permanent position with the LAZ Hospitality team supporting hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience desired.
• Prior hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, operational, safety and service-related success at the hotel.
• Manage, plan, schedule, train, and direct Shift Leads and frontline staff.
• Maximize revenue, control expenses, and sustain customer satisfaction with safety/service initiatives.
• Attend stand-up meetings with client and internal teams; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure safety initiatives from Hospitality leadership are rolled out at the hotel.
