Job summary

LAZ Parking Georgia is seeking a Battery Atlanta/Truist Park Supervisor to lead a team and oversee daily operations, ensuring high service standards and responsive guest support. The role emphasizes strong leadership, equipment maintenance, and compliance with location policies to deliver excellent customer experiences.

The candidate should have 3+ years in a supervisory role, proven leadership, and ability to manage a team across a fast-paced venue environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain the property to ensure it is guest ready daily and kept to the standards of LAZ Parking and The Atlanta Braves.
Maintain the parking equipment to ensure it is operational at all times.
Perform audits and inspections of the property to ensure all expected standards are being met.
Handling guest issues/ complaints as necessary.
Administer citations for any vehicles illegally parked and/or not paid.
Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise.
