Qualifications

• Experience in general facility maintenance or similar environment.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to operate basic maintenance duties with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garages and surface lots daily, including cleaning and upkeep.
• Perform general maintenance: sweeping, trash removal, bulbs, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep for sidewalks and garages.
• Operate maintenance equipment as needed and follow checklists.
• Greet customers, resolve issues, and communicate with teams effectively.
