Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, generating daily revenue reports, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining excellent service standards. Parking industry experience plus at least one year in supervision is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards, recommending, and implementing changes to procedures when necessary.
• Promote good customer relations by providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude.
• Responsible for running reports related to daily revenue and other reports requested by management.
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions as needed.
• Greet customers by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution, and develop rapport with the customer base.
• Other related duties as assigned.
