Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Supervisor to oversee facilities on off-shift times, greet customers, and provide supervision across locations as needed. Responsibilities include enforcing conduct rules, mentoring staff, training, running daily revenue reports, handling customer issues, and improving procedures while building a positive rapport with customers.

This full-time, on-site role in Long Beach offers $24.70/hour, weekend and late-night availability, paid training, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Parking industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities on off-shift times and greet customers.
• Supervise, mentor, and train staff on day-to-day activities.
• Establish performance standards and implement procedural changes.
• Provide premier customer service with a friendly attitude and timely problem resolution.
• Run daily revenue and other reports as requested by management.
• Assist with training as needed and resolve customer service issues.
