Parkwell is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (CSR Supervisor) to deliver a positive experience for customers at multiple parking sites. The role involves greeting customers, guiding them to amenities, processing payments at kiosks, and maintaining orderly garage operations.

The ideal candidate provides friendly service, can work nights/weekends, and participates in routine safety and cleanliness tasks.

Qualifications

• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Valid Driver’s License
• Criminal and motor vehicle background check required
• At least 18 years of age
• Customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warm and friendly greeting
• Assist customers at kiosks and with online vouchers
• Direct customers entering the parking facility
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Audit and enforce parking garage and surface lot rules
• Report issues to supervisor or manager
• Ensure professionalism and build rapport with clients at each site
