Job summary

The Car Park is seeking a Parking Ambassador to help ensure smooth operations at our parking facilities. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with entry/exit transactions, and direct drivers to available spaces using signals and guidance.

The role requires alertness, reliability, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. You will also monitor spaces, verify permits, and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns to supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and capable of standing for long periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with entry/exit transactions and ensure parking equipment works.
• Direct traffic to appropriate parking areas using hand signals and lights.
• Perform vehicle counts and monitor space availability.
• Screen parking lots for permits and report accidents or safety concerns to supervision.
