Job summary

Parkwell is seeking a Valet Lead Supervisor to run a shift and deliver a premier guest experience at our location. You will supervise the valet team, handle scheduling, and coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth operations.

You will greet guests, train staff, verify revenue and handle cash, while upholding Parkwell safety standards and professional client relations across all sites. This is a full-time role with flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ years old.
• Able to stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
• Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Previous valet, parking, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the valet operation including scheduling the team.
• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer assistance.
• Motivate and lead staff to promote teamwork and customer service.
• Explain the valet process to new hires.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and establish positive rapport.
• Address guest needs and service issues professionally.
• Report issues to management promptly.
