SP+ is seeking a location assistant to help manage daily parking operations, ensuring contractual compliance and professional client relations. You will support opening/closing procedures, supervise frontline staff, and assist with budgeting and reporting.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least six months parking experience; a valid driver's license is required. The role involves customer interaction and occasional weekend shifts, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; minimum six months parking experience preferred.
• Availability for special shifts; 2nd/3rd shifts and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license with current address and clean driving record.
• Oral communication: speaks clearly; listens; asks questions.
• Written communication: writes clearly and reads information.
• Customer service: strong customer orientation and professional demeanor.
• Adaptability: able to handle changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Judgment: exhibits sound, accurate judgment.
• Physical demands: stand/walk; lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day operations at the location ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines.
• Support client relations and promote a professional image.
• Prepare month-end reports, audit cashier shift reports, and monitor time cards.
• Hire and train frontline staff and supervise cashiers, valet attendants, porters, etc.
• Process bank deposits and manage scheduling.
