You will manage budgets, coordinate events, and implement technology-driven solutions while maintaining strong relationships with campus partners and the local community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or significant training and experience.
• Demonstrated management experience in parking, transportation operations, or similar operations.
• Experience planning and managing parking/transportation for events.
• Experience managing budgets and analyzing fiscal reports.
• Strong data summarization and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Proven supervisory experience in a complex, high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Parking Services, serving as day-to-day operational leader.
• Lead a team across Customer Service, Operations, Enforcement, and Events.
• Implement procedures to maximize technology use and improve efficiency.
• Act as liaison to the university and surrounding community; support campus events.
