Job summary
Duke University is seeking a Manager, Parking to lead operations, technology platforms, and customer service for DUHS and SOM. You will shape the parking experience for patients, visitors, faculty, and staff, guiding teams and partners across the institution.

Qualifications
- Work generally requires a Bachelor's degree.
- Requires 4+ years of relevant experience in parking/operations.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee busy operations and manage reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead Parking Operations and manage technology platforms.
- Oversee utilization, waitlists, occupancy and access programs.
- Develop long-range strategic plans and initiatives.
- Identify tech enhancements and process improvements.
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives through planning and execution.
- Build partnerships with DUHS, SOM, HR, IT and vendors.
