Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to process transaction requests from Monthly Parking, Transient customers, and employee parking registrations.

The role delivers consistent, professional service to internal and external customers with monthly and daily parking requirements. The candidate should have 2–5 years of customer service experience and strong data-entry skills (50 WPM).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting.
• 3 years data entry with 50 WPM.
• Knowledge of CRM and phone systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound critical and decision-making skills to handle back-to-back calls with poise and accuracy.
• Process transactions and interface with guests while upholding company policies.
• Foster customer success and satisfaction by building rapport and addressing inquiries.
• Engage in performance monitoring to improve timeliness and quality of service.
• Maintain data integrity by accurately gathering information and records.
• Provide support for Monthly Parking customers and maintain records across systems.
