Job summary

Pivot Parking is seeking a Parking Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at our facilities. You will greet customers, answer questions about rates and directions, and assist with payment kiosks and gates to ensure a smooth experience.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma, prior customer service or retail experience, strong communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse individuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and POS/payment terminals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and assist with entering/exiting facilities.
• Answer inquiries about parking rates, payment options, regulations, and directions.
• Assist customers with equipment such as ticket dispensers, kiosks, and gates.
• Address concerns and resolve issues to customer satisfaction; escalate when needed.
• Document feedback for service improvement and operational review.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash as needed.
• Provide information on availability, events, shuttle services, and amenities.
• Engage with customers to enhance their parking experience and build rapport.
