Reimagined Parking Inc. at Denver International Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle monthly parking customers, transient guests, and internal stakeholders.

You will respond to calls, emails, and written requests with accuracy and professionalism, contributing to a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and the ability to navigate CRM systems while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle high-volume inquiries.
• Experience with CRM and data-entry workflows preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence with SLAs
• Resolve inquiries and complaints professionally and accurately
• Support account setup, maintenance, and web-platform navigation
• Process transactions including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations
• Enter and maintain customer data, payments, and notes in CRM
• Document interactions and transactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate branch, lot, and account maintenance tasks
• Monitor workloads and meet deadlines across departments
• Provide troubleshooting support to team members
