Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service in a high-volume environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written correspondence following SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data in CRM and payment details.
