Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative for Downtown West Palm Beach.

You will handle a high-volume mix of phone and written requests, ensuring accurate data entry and a seamless customer experience during night shifts. Responsibilities include assisting monthly parking customers, processing sign-ups, updates, and cancellations, and maintaining CRM records with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in high-volume customer service environments preferred.
• Ability to work 10pm–6:30am or 11pm–7:30am shifts.
• Authorized to work in the United States and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for monthly parking customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and written inquiries per SLAs.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Support customer retention by delivering consistent service experiences.
• Process transactions including sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer data and payment details in CRM.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately.
• Maintain data integrity and adhere to company policies.
