Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and issue receipts for parking services.
• Maintain cash at start of shift and reconcile end of shift.
• Operate cash register and determine total charges.
• Provide directions to customers and manage ticketing operations.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and inventory of supplies.
