Job summary

Reimagined-Parking is seeking a Customer Service Agent for the Texas Medical Center site. You will handle monthly and employee parking transactions, provide professional customer service, and ensure accurate data entry for parking accounts.

The role requires 2–5 years in a high-volume environment and flexibility for shifts. The position offers full-time hours, a schedule from 11:30am to 8pm, and compensation of $18.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• 3 years of data entry experience with about 50 WPM.
• Knowledge of contact center policies and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions for monthly and daily parking needs.
• Provide courteous, professional service and enforce policies.
• Maintain data accuracy and timely data entry across systems.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax within SLAs.
• Assist with sign-ups, maintenance of accounts, and invoicing processes.
• Support training for new CSR positions.
• Maintain accurate records and meet external deadlines.
