Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for Texas Medical Center in Houston, with AM/PM shifts. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and compliance.

This full‑time position requires reliable hands‑on care, clear communication, and a professional brand presence. Pay is $14 per hour, with daily tips; the team collaborates with the Operations Manager to maintain service quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service from arrival to departure, greeting guests and recording details.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and offering directions as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, opening doors and assisting with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring areas; arrange towing when needed.
• Handle valet fees and help reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue and tickets.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage when necessary.
• Report incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
