Propark Mobility in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for a full-time, on-site 2nd shift. Salary range: $45,000–$55,000, commensurate with experience.

You will supervise frontline staff, handle daily operations, and coordinate with customers and management to keep services running smoothly. Ideal candidates will have parking, hospitality, or customer-service backgrounds, plus scheduling/payroll experience and a business-focused degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in Parking, Customer Service, or Hospitality preferred.
• Ability to supervise front-line staff.
• Scheduling and payroll experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage frontline associates daily.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Liaise between customers, staff, and management.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers.
• Provide continuous customer service training.
• Assist shuttle fleet upkeep and maintenance.
• Process cash receipts and deposits for reports.
• Review work schedules to ensure coverage and control costs.
• Reconcile time cards and payroll submission.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
