Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-line staff in parking/hospitality businesses.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.
• Past parking industry experience with hospitality focus is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage frontline associates on a daily basis.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff and management.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets and shuttle drivers.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of parking garage and facility.
• Process cash receipts and prepare bank deposits for reports.
• Assist in payroll reconciliation and timecard review.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• May fill in for front line staff or Account Manager as needed.
