Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a location operations assistant to support day-to-day parking operations at a busy Miami Beach site. You will help maintain contractual standards, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with staff management and reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma and preferred parking-related experience; valid driver’s license is required. This on-site position offers opportunities to grow with a leading parking network.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to Work: Special shift requirements; 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Reads and writes clearly; interprets written information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and positive attitude; courteous and professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the assigned location, ensuring operations adhere to contractual guidelines.
• Engage in development of property-level financial and operational goals.
• supervise frontline staff (cashiers, valet attendants, maintenance porters); prepare month-end reports; audits cashier shift reports.
• Process bank deposits and time-card monitoring; hire and train frontline staff; review damage claims; prepare annual budget.
