Job summary

SP+ in Virginia is hiring a location attendant to assist with day-to-day parking operations at a busy site. You will uphold client relations, ensure professional service, and promote a positive image for SP+ at the location.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, processing deposits, reporting, answering customer questions, and maintaining equipment. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; parking experience is preferred and shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• A minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
• Availability to work: special shift requirements; second/third shift and weekends may be required.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
• Oral Communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions.
• Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; reads and interprets written information.
• Customer Service: Strong customer orientation and positive attitude; courteous and professional.

Responsibilities

• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in the development of property level financial and operational goals.
• Assist in day-to-day activities including: supervising staff, preparing month-end reports, auditing cashiers, time cards, hiring and training frontline staff, reviewing damage claims, and preparing the annual budget.
• Courteously assist Customers by answering any questions they may have.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
