Duke University seeks a Manager of Parking to provide strategic leadership for parking operations, technology platforms, transportation systems, and customer service initiatives across DUHS and the SOM.

You will partner with university leaders to develop long‑range plans, leverage data‑driven insights, and enhance the overall parking experience for the Duke community through innovative solutions and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience in parking/operations.
• Direct medical or university parking/operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee a busy parking operation, generate reports, and manage resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day‑to‑day parking operations with a focus on security, efficiency, and customer service.
• Develop and drive strategic initiatives, including technology enhancements and process improvements.
• Oversee systems integration between parking platforms and enterprise systems (SAP, Workday, Duke Card, access control).
• Build strong partnerships with DUHS leadership, IT, HR, and other stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance expectations.
• Leverage data and analytics to monitor occupancy, utilization, and enforcement metrics for planning.
• Recruit, coach, and develop departmental staff and contract personnel.
• Support special projects and occasional evening/weekend activities.
