Qualifications

Education/Experience: minimal high school diploma or equivalent and minimal month-related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
Oral communication: speaks clearly and listens for clarification.
Written communication: reads and writes clearly and informatively.
Customer service: maintains positive attitude and helps customers.

Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day management of a location within contractual guidelines and company policies.
Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
Assist with day-to-day activities and management duties at assigned locations.
Courteously assist customers and report incidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and other tasks as directed.
Know garage areas and major streets/landmarks; substitute for other positions when needed.
Complete other duties as needed.
