Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, is hiring for a location in Inglewood, CA. The role supports daily parking operations, ensuring adherence to contractual guidelines and a professional image.

You will assist with customer service, equipment maintenance, and safety tasks under the supervision of the Facility Manager. The ideal candidate has a minimal high school diploma or equivalent and some related experience or training.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Minimal high school diploma or equivalent plus minimal month-related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Oral communication: Speaks clearly; Listens and asks for clarification.
• Written communication: Reads and writes clearly; interprets written information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day parking operations ensuring adherence to location contracts and company policies.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day activities of assigned locations.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general tasks as directed by Facility Manager.
• Report accidents, policy violations, and safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and other site cleanliness tasks.
• Possess thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
