Job summary

SP, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a motivated Parking Attendant to support daily operations at our Richmond, VA location. You will assist in location management, liaise with clients, and help ensure parking services run smoothly and professionally.

The role requires strong oral and written communication, excellent customer service, and a valid driver's license. You must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and adapt to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and some related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes and handle unexpected events.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with current address.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily location management per contract guidelines.
• Improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with day-to-day activities of the locations.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards or policy violations.
• Know all garage areas and major streets in the area.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
